If this happens:

  1. Go to the tab on the application where the addresses are (ex: "Household", "Family")
  2. Remove the City, Zip Code, and Province (if applicable). The Country drop down will return to the default display of "-- Select an Option --".
  3. Select the Country.
  4. Fill in City, Zip Code, and Province (if applicable).
  5. Go to the Signature tab and click Submit.

If the application form still does not submit, contact Support.
