Award Managers can grant an award to a student in the Academic Profile. Awards are associated with a group type (academic, activity, advisory, athletics, or residence life) as well as with a specific school year and term.
To grant an award to a student:
- In the persona menu, go to Academics.
- Search for student using Find Me Now on the Dashboard.
- Click Go To Academic Profile.
- Select the appropriate school year at the top of the profile.
- Scroll down to the Awards box on the right. Click Add Award.
- Select the appropriate group type and term.
- Select the appropriate award.
- Enter the date that the award should be granted (optional).
- Enter additional comments (optional).
- Click Save & Add Another or Save & Close.
