Award Managers can grant an award to a student in the Academic Profile.  Awards are associated with a group type (academic, activity, advisory, athletics, or residence life) as well as with a specific school year and term.

To grant an award to a student:

  1. In the persona menu, go to Academics.
  2. Search for student using Find Me Now on the Dashboard.
  3. Click Go To Academic Profile.
  4. Select the appropriate school year at the top of the profile.
  5. Scroll down to the Awards box on the right. Click Add Award.
  6. Select the appropriate group type and term.
  7. Select the appropriate award.
  8. Enter the date that the award should be granted (optional).
  9. Enter additional comments (optional).
  10. Click Save & Add Another or Save & Close.
