What ties an Assessment Grade Plan Comment to the Report Card is an Assessment Grading Period. If one Assessment Grading Period is used for multiple Assessment Grade Plans and the Assessment Grading Period is added to multiple report cards then Assessment Grade Plan Comments will show up on more than one report card.

It is recommended that the school have more than one Assessment Grading Period if trying to control which Assessment Grades/Comments appear on certain report cards.

To create additional Assessment Grading Periods:

Go to onRecord > Settings > Grading > Assessment Grading Periods

It is possible to have more then one Assessment Grading Period per term. For example, take a look at the screenshot below:

 

You will want to complete this for each Term that you need to set this up for.

Once the additional Assessment Grading Periods are created, go to the Assessment Grade Plans and tie them to the new Assessment Grading Period. 

To adjust the Assessment Grading Period on the Assessment Grade Plan:
Go to onRecord > Settings > Grading > Grade Plans > Find the Assessment Grade Plan you are looking to change the Assessment Grading Period for.

View the grade plan details, then edit and change the existing grading period to the new Grading Period.

For the Second Grade Plan in First Semester, you would select the other Assessment Grading Period you want to display in this example "1 Sem 2"

Once this is done, the next step is to adjust the assessment grading periods on the Report Card so it only pulls the correct Assessment Grades/Comments.

To adjust the Grading Period on a Report Card:
Go to onRecord > Performance > Grading > Report Card Builder
edit the Report Card you are trying to change and remove any grading periods that are not tied to the Assessment Grade Plans you want to display on the Report Card.

Adjustments will also need to be made for any other Report Card that is pulling Assessment Grades/Comments that you don't want.
