To locate the Payment Gateway on an event registration form, do the following:

1. Go to onMessage > Approval > Event Registration Forms.

2. Find the Event Registration form for the canceled event and click Edit.

3. Under General Info, scroll down to the Payment Options section; the Payment Gateway name will be displayed in the Account To Use field.
