If onRecord is used, managers can view and update a student's enrollments in the student's Academic Profile.

To view an individual student's enrollments:

  1. From the persona menu, select onCampus
  2. Select Academics under People.
  3. Select Manage Enrollment.
  4. Use the filter options to find the appropriate student.
  5. Click View next to the student's name.

To enroll a student into a section:

  1. From the View Enrollment screen, click Enroll next to the appropriate term and group type.
  2. Enter the Enrollment Begin Date. This is the date that the student will be officially enrolled in the class, appear in the grade book, and be able to access the section page.
  3. Check the checkbox next to each of the sections into which the student should be enrolled.
  4. Click Save & Exit.

To drop a student from a section:

  1. From the View Enrollment screen, click Drop next to the appropriate section.
  2. Select the reason for dropping the student:
    • Scheduling Error: This option removes all record of the student being in the section (this cannot be chosen if report card grades have been recorded in the section for the student). Absences, grade book grades and comments will be displayed and permanently removed if you confirm the final step.
    • Change Sections: This option allows you to drop the student from one section of a course and enroll them into another section of the same course.
    • Drop Course: This option will leave a record of the student's enrollment in the course. Choose this option if you would like to leave report card grades and absences that have been recorded intact and in the system.
  3. Enter the date that the drop will take effect.
  4. Click Save & Exit.

To view a student's enrollments in the student's onRecord Academic Profile:

  1. From the persona menu, select onRecord.
  2. On the dashboard, search for the student using "Find Me Now"
  3. Click Academic Profile
  4. Go to the Enrollment menu.

To enroll a student into a section in the student's onRecord Academic Profile:

  1. From the persona menu, select onRecord
  2. On the dashbaord, search for the student using "Find Me Now'
  3. Click Academic Profile
  4. From the "Enrollment" menu, click Manage for the academic enrollments.
  5. Select the appropriate school year and term.
  6. Find the new section and enter the date that the student will begin attending the new section.
  7. Click the green plus sign.

To drop a student from a section in the student's onRecord Academic Profile:

  1. From the persona menu, select onRecord.
  2. On the dashboard, search for the student using "Find Me Now"
  3. Click Academic Profile
  4. From the "Enrollment" menu, click Manage for the academic enrollments.
  5. Select the appropriate school year and term.
  6. In the Current Schedule, click Edit for the section that should be dropped.
  7. In the Drop/Change Date field, enter the date that the student will drop the section.
  8. Select the reason for dropping the student:
    • Scheduling Error: This option removes all record of the student being in the section (this cannot be chosen if report card grades have been recorded in the section for the student).
