To set your emergency contacts in bulk:

  • Select Core from the persona menu
    • Choose the Settings
    • Choose Integrations
    • Choose Bulk Set Emergency Contacts
    • Please carefully read the instructions on this page
  • Choose whether participating student roles should use their own information or that of their parents
Note: If Parent contact information is selected for Students, then Parent Gender must be populated in the Parents User Profile, otherwise the Bulk Set Emergency Contacts Task will not be set for these users.
  • Choose the preferred order of the Cell and Home phone numbers and Email
  • Click Run

This will set the emergency contact information for anyone who does not currently have this information populated. This will not overwrite existing emergency contact settings and will not prevent your users from setting their own emergency contact information.

You should run this yearly for newly enrolled students and/or staff.
