If there are no historic records associated with the course:

  1. Find the course in onCampus > Procedure > Academics > Course Sections
  2. Select drop down for School Year > School Level >Term > Status 
  3. Select the course and select Manage Sections
  4. At the top right of the window select Delete this Section > Save & Close 
  5. Next, go to Offer Course and select drop down for School Year > School Level > Term > Status
  6. Select the course and deselect the green Offer check box to the left of the course title
  7. Go to Core > School > Departments & Courses
  8. Select the course and in the General section, edit the Length of the course
  9. Go back to onCampus > Procedure > Academics > Course Sections and add the new Section
  10. Go to Offer Course and select appropriate drop down for School Year > School Level > Term > Status
  11. Select Course and select the green Offer check box to the left of the course
