On 2/4/2015, there was a release the included the ability for non-paying registrants, such as employees to be able to register without having the other attendee types able to see what they are paying.
To hide the item from the non-qualifying role:
- Edit into the event registration
- Select registration items
- PLace the employee items in a separate Item Group
- Edit into the item group
- Scroll down to Who can attend and mark the applicable roles
- Click Save & Exit
