To re-activate a candidate:

  1. Go to Core > Settings > School Information 
  2. Select the Years & terms tab
  3. Change the school year and click Edit
  4. Click the Yes button to allow the school year for Allow as Inquiry/Admission Reporting Year
  5. Click Save & Close
  6. Go to Enrollment Management > Admissions > Admissions Management
  7. Click Reapply candidates
  8. Change the radio button to Re-Activate, enter last name of Candidate if applicable and then click Next
  9. Check the box next to the Candidate's name to re-activate and then click Save
