This would be done through:

  1. onBoard > Settings > Official Notes
  2. Click Edit next to the appropriate Note Type
  3. Choose either Display or Required for onBoard Staff under Access

Display means the user creating the Official Note will have the option of sending the Official Note to the onBoard Staff

Required means will give access to onBoard Staff when a user creates a new Offical Note without the user having to select the role

Please Note: onBoard Staff cannot be given access to Official Notes retroactively, this will only effect future notes as they are created.
