In order to offer an activity, the School Year must be published and Activity Terms must be created.

To offer an activity:

  1. Navigate to Academics > Scheduling > Requests and Scheduling 
  2. Change the drop-down from Academics to = Activities
  3. Select the Offer Activities tab 
  4. Using the filter options, select the appropriate Year, Level and Term in which the activity will begin.
  5. Select the Offer Activities button in the upper right of the Activities section.
  6. Use the check box to select the Activities to be offered, or, click the "Check all" link.
  7. Click Save, or Save & Exit
