The "Display corrected e-mail addresses only" check box is selected by default in Step 2. If no e-mails appear under Available Users when you first arrive in Step 2, do either of the following:
- Show only e-mail addresses updated on the Bounce Worklist by correcting problems associated with bounced e-mails in the Bounce Worklist. Then, in Step 2, select the "Display corrected e-mail addresses only" checkbox and click Find. Only the e-mail addresses you updated on the Bounce Worklist will appear under Available Users.
- Show all bounced e-mail addresses in Step 2 by unchecking the "Display corrected e-mail addresses only" box and clicking Find. This displays all bounced e-mails from the job under Available Users, including those updated and not updated in the Bounce Worklist.
