- Firstname (mis-spelled or their nickname is in the file when it should be their firstname),
- Lastname (data may be reversed so their firstname is in the Lastname field and their lastname is in the Firstname field or their suffix is included in the lastname field when it shouldn't be or a hyphen is included/excluded, etc), or
- Grad_Year (either it is the wrong value or the user doesn't have a student enrollment record for the school year in the data file).
- user isn't a student role member
Team hasn't been offered for the school year+this_duration (season) identified in the file.
Either the Team has been offered twice in the same school year -or- there are two Teams with the same name (one Active and the other Inactive--change the name of the Inactive team to make it unique).
