Navigate to:

onRecord > Procedures > Grading > Manage Grades > 

  1. Navigate to onRecord > Procedures > Grading > Manage Grades.
  2. In the Select Filter Options section, enter the School Year, School Level, Grade, and Search (ex. Last Name) for the student you'd like to view grading information for. (You can also leave out the Last Name search, and use the Alphabet buttons at the top to search by last name alphabetically).
  3. Click View.
  4. To the far right of the information you want to view for the student (ex. Report Cards) click the View link.
  5. Click on the Report Card/Transcript/etc. you want to view.
