Create a new Inquiry allows the school to bring in a brand new user and the admissions staff completes/processes the inquiry form during this task on family's behalf.

Create New Candidate allows for the school to bring someone directly into the candidate role by either taking an existing user and adding a relationship to them (adding a candidate to an existing family) or by making an existing user a candidate--someone who might be in an All School role, could be added directly as a candidate, without having to complete an inquiry form

To  Create New Inquiry or Create New Candidate: 

  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > Admissions > Admissions management
  2. Selecting either Enter new Inquiry or Create Candidate.
