To change (or add) a candidate's profile photo:

  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > People Finder
  2. Search for and select the candidate
  3. Hover over the gray silhouette image in a circle so that an 'edit' pencil shows
    User-added image
  4. Click the 'edit' pencil
  5. Click '+Select From Your Computer' to choose the file, or Drag a photo to the target area
  6. Click Save
