A checklist must be assigned to each candidate in order for the candidate to move through the admissions process. If the inquiry form is used, checklists can be assigned to candidates in the Process Inquiries task.

If the application form is used, checklists can be assigned to candidates in the Needs Checklist task:

  • From the persona menu, select onBoard
  • On the Dashboard, click Needs Checklist in the "To Process" bar
  • Select the appropriate candidate from the left-hand column
  • Select the appropriate checklist
  • If the candidate should be assigned to a particular staff member, select the appropriate staff member from the Admission Staff dropdown
  • Click Process

A checklist can be assigned to a candidate from the candidate's detail page:

  • Go to the candidate's detail page. (From the persona menu, select onBoard, then use the Find A Candidate search, or select a candidate from the Recently Viewed/Recently Added tabs).
  • Go to the Checklist tab of the candidate’s profile
  • Click Change Checklist
  • Select the appropriate checklist
  • Click Save
