Admissions Managers and Staff can view inquiries and inquiry form data, even after the inquiries have been processed. Once an inquiry has been handled, Admissions Managers and Staff can search for specific inquiries and view their information.

To view handled inquiries: 

1. Navigate to Enrollment Management
2. From the Dashboard, click the Inquiries box
3. Click View History
4. Select the date range and inquiry form
5. Click View Inquiry to launch a PDF of the inquiry form
