To add/change a candidate’s religion on their candidate profile:

  • Navigate to Enrollment Management 

  • Use the Find A Candidate Search, People Finder, or select a candidate from the Recently Viewed/Recently Added tabs

  • On the Contact Card tab of the candidate profile, Select Edit (yellow pencil icon) to the right of General Information

  • From the Religion drop-down, select the candidate’s religion

  • Select Save

To manually add a list of religion types:

  • Navigate to Core

  • Select Users > User Profile Settings > Religion Types 

  • Select Add in the upper right-hand corner

  • Enter the religion label in the religion type field

    • Religion types appear alphabetically unless you assign a different sort order to each religion type

  • Select Save & Exit, or Save & Add Another.
