Once on the Team Page, first you will need to do ensure the Game has already occurred. For example if it is 7:00 pm and you have a 7:30 pm game, you will not be able to enter the Score and/ or Highlights until after the starting time of the game. If in the same example you have a 7:30 pm game and its 9:00 pm you will be able to add the Score or Highlight. To enter the Score and/or Highlight the following:
  1. On the Team Page, select "On" for the Edit Mode.
  2. Click the + next to the appropriate game in the Team Scoreboard to add the Score or Highlight.
  3. Enter the scores. Alphanumeric characters are accepted (e.g. 1st, First).
    If multiple opponents are listed, drag and drop the opponents into the appropriate order.
  4. Select Win, Loss or Tie.
  5. Check Send Notification to alert constituents that the scores have been posted.
  6. To add a highlight, enter the following information:
    • Headline: Enter the news story headline.
    • Author: Enter the news story author.
    • Comments: If enabled, select this option to allow constituents to post comments about the highlight/game.
    • Brief Description: Enter a short introduction for the news story.
    • Long Description: Enter the full news story.
    • Photos: Add game photos.
    • Publish/Expire: Enter when the highlight should be posted to (or removed from) the website.
    • Add More: Choose if the highlight should appear in additional locations.
  7. Click Save.

Athletic Group Managers can also enter game scores and highlights from the Athletic Event Management page:

  1. From the persona menu, select onCampus.
  2. Go to the Dashboard and select Procedure >Athletic Events Management
  3. Using the Date Picker, select the appropriate day.
  4. Go to Scoreboard.
  5. Click on the green plus sign for the appropriate game.
  6. Enter the scores. Alphanumeric characters are accepted (e.g. 1st, First).
    If multiple opponents are listed, drag and drop the opponents into the appropriate order.
  7. Select Win, Loss or Tie.
  8. Check Send Notification to alert constituents that the scores have been posted.
  9. To add a highlight, enter the following information:
    • Headline: Enter the news story headline.
    • Author: Enter the news story author.
    • Comments: If enabled, select this option to allow constituents to post comments about the highlight/game.
    • Brief Description: Enter a short introduction for the news story.
    • Long Description: Enter the full news story.

  10. Click Save.
