To delete a course:

  1. Navigate to onCampus > Procedure > Academics > Offer Course.
  2. Filter your School Year, School Level, Term and Status to locate the course you want to delete.
  3. Un-check the box in the "Offer" column to the right of the course to un-offer it.
  4. Once the course is un-offered, navigate to Core > School > Departments & Courses.
  5. Expand the Department the course is in (or use the Search function on the right to locate the course).
  6. Click the "x" button to the far right of the course.
  7. Click "Confirm" to delete the course.

Note: You cannot delete courses that are offered with rosters or grades tied to them,  if they have historical data, or if they are being used in a Transfer Grade. You can, however, inactivate these courses.

To inactivate a course:

  1. Navigate to Core > School > Departments & Courses.
  2. Expand the Department the course is in (or use the Search function on the right to locate the course).
  3. Click the yellow pencil/edit icon to the right of the course name.
  4. On the General tab, select Inactive from the Status drop-down.
  5. Click Save & Close.
