To add an enrollment row for the school year the contract is generated for:

  1. Go to Core > Users/Access > Profile > Edit User Profile Data.
  2. Using the filter options, search for and enter the student's user profile.
  3. Click the Student Enrollments link.
  4. Click Enroll in School.
  5. Select the school year.
  6. Select the grade level the student will be in.
  7. Click Save & Exit.
