If Attendance Managers don't see any attendance to manage, they may not have access to see the Schedule Set. 

Schedule Managers can edit access dates in schedule sets by following these steps:

  • Go to the onRecord persona
  • Select "Schedule Sets" under Settings
  • Choose the appropriate School Year, Group Type, and School Level
  • Click the title of the necessary schedule set
  • Edit the Access Date for "Attendance Manager"
