At the end of the school year, performing the Manage Student Enrollments task and graduating your final grade will automatically mark the class as graduated.

  1. Go to School Website
  2. Content > Select Alumni
  3. Select Class Information
  4. Select the Class Year from the drop-down list box 
  5. Select the Edit button.
  6. Select the checkbox for "Class has Graduated"
Note: This option should  NOT be marked until the class actually graduates. Marking this option prior to the students' graduating year may prematurely assign the role of Alumni.
