NOTE: The following is for schools using School Website Inquiry forms and not Enrollment Management Inquiry Forms

Prospective students can specify how they heard about the school on the inquiry form. The "How Hear" text field allows users to type in their response or select their response from a pre-defined list of options.

To use the "How Hear" field, the Inquiry Manager must first enter the "How Hear" types (Friend, Internet, Radio, etc.). After the types are created, the Inquiry Manager will select the types that should appear on each form.

To add "How Hear"types:

  1. From the persona menu, select School Website
  2. Click Inquiry under Content
  3. Click How Hear Types
  4. Click Add
  5. Fill in the following:
    • Sort Order: Enter the order in which the how hear types should be listed. You can change this later using the Edit Sort Order option.

    • How Hear Type: Enter the name of the how hear type (for example, Friend, Internet, Radio, etc.).

    • Private: Check this option if the how hear type should not be visible on the inquiry form.

  • Click Save & Exit or Save & Add Another.
