First, find out where the delay is happening. Start by sending a Pushpage Test to both your school e-mail address and several external e-mail addresses, for example a Gmail or Yahoo e-mail account. If you receive the e-mail quickly at the external e-mail addresses, but experience a delay receiving the e-mail at the school e-mail address, then the problem may be related to a setting in your school's anti-virus/firewall software. In this instance, have your IT department investigate and ask them to whitelist the Pushpage domains.
