To see if Learning Profile Access has been given, navigate to:

  1. Academics > Grades > Grading setup > Learning profile forms
  2. Click Edit next to the Learning Profile Form.
  3. Select Access.
  4. Mark each Role who should have access to this in the Report column and View Column.
  5. Click Save & Exit.

Then you will want to ensure Access has been given to the Report. To do this, navigate to:

  1. Analysis > Reports
  2. Select Report Admin
  3. Change the category to Learning Profile
  4. To the right of Learning Profile-Profile click Role or User (Depending on if you want to add a Role or a Specific User(s)
  5. Select any role/User that should be able to access the Learning Profiles by clicking the >> Add to Group
  6. Click Save & Exit
