To remove the Pushpage Manager Role, while logged in as a Pushpage Manager navigate to:

  1. onMessage> Settings > Pushpage
  2. Select Pushpage Editor Access
  3. Select Display by Group
  4. Identify the group/s the individual is member of, click Edit
  5. Highlight the users name on the right
  6. Click << Remove from Group and their name will now populate on the left 
  7. Click Save & exit
  8. Repeat these steps for each editor group the user is a member of

To remove a Content Editor, while logged in as a Content Manager navigate to:

  • onMessage > Settings >Pages & Content
  • Select Display by Group
  • Identify the group/s the individual is a member of, click Edit
  • Highlight the users name on the right
  • Click << Remove from Group and their name will now populate on the left 
  • Click Save & exit
  • Repeat these steps for each editor group the user is a member of
Note: Once you have removed the user from all content access groups, the role will no longer appear for them in their user profile (and they will no longer have access.) Note that even if you have removed someone's employment, these roles will still appear for them unless you remove them.
