What do I need to change if when a parent submits a contract, they are never taken to the payment screen?
A Payment Gateway does need to be setup in the Contract Payment Block Settings for Parents to see the Payment section after submitting the contract. You can do this on the Payment tab when editing the contract from onBoard > Settings > Contracts
