To publish or unpublish a contract:

  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management 
  2. Enrollment > Select Contracts 
  3. Select Manage Contract Forms
  4. Select the Settings button
  5. In the Status column, select Active if the contract should be published to families or select Inactive if the contract should be unpublished. Contracts that have been submitted cannot be deleted and must instead be marked as inactive.
  6. To enter dates during which a contract should be available, click the "Settings" button to the far right of the Contract Form.
  7. Select Active for the status.
  8. Enter the dates during which the contract should be available in the Publish Date Range fields.
  9. Select Save.
