In most cases, these messages are generated when the GIFTS.INI file is missing from the Windows directory of the workstation, or a directory path specified in the GIFTS.INI file is incorrect.

To confirm that this problem is specific to a single workstation, try to log in to another GIFTS workstation. If you cannot log in to that workstation either or if you have a standalone version of GIFTS that is installed on a single workstation, please contact MicroEdge Technical Support for further assistance.

Resolution will require that you either update your GIFTS.INI file or—if the GIFTS.INI file is missing—re-install GIFTS on the affected workstation.
