Forms Deactivating a form moves the form from the Active Forms sub-folder to the Inactive Forms sub-folder. The URL associated with the form is deleted, making the form inaccessible from the web. Caution: Deactivating a requirement form permanently deletes any unsubmitted online requirements associated with it. All links to the online requirement on grantees? My Account page will be removed.
1. Go to the IGAM module -> Go to Forms Manager in the top tool bar -> Open the Active Forms sub-folder and highlight the form you wish to deactivate.
2. Choose Action > Deactivate from the Forms Manager menu.
Once you deactivate a form, users attempting to access it will receive an on-screen message informing them that the URL is no longer available.
