I want to add fields to another tab to use with both posted and unposted applications. How do I configure FieldMaker?
If you want the screen to display on the application and application history tabs and be available in both grant and application history reports, both the grants and application history tables need to be linked as well as the application table.
Note: Only approved applications post to the grants table. All applications post to the application history table. When you link Application History, link Grants as well. If you want the same layout to show in unposted Applications, then move Application over to the Linked Files list as well.
You would link the tables on the Screen Tab in FieldMaker configuration by clicking the Linked Files button in the bottom left to open up this screen:
