- Make sure that the Allow Mail field on the Profile 2 tab of the Grantee is set to Yes. If it is set to No, than this record might not be exported.
- Make sure the Grant Date on the Application is within the range you selected when running the export.
- Did you use batch processing? Make sure the Batch code you selected in the export corresponds with the batch code in the Batch field of the application.
- Check for a question mark in a field. If there is a question mark, remove it.
- Check for a double quote " within any data field. If you have any, remove them or replace with single quote ` and an apostrophe '.
