How do I save electronic documents for gift acknowledgements, fund statements, and grantee correspondence?

You can use the profile and fund folders to save electronic documents.
If you have already set up the Profile and Fund Folders and have assigned them in FIMS then follow instructions in the attached document, Saving Electronic Documents,  to start using the FIMS macros to automatically save your gift acknowledgement letters, fund statements, and/or grantee correspondence into Profile and Fund folders.
