Only Tasks in Activity History sync to FIMS. 

  • Look at the Task column. 
  • If the box is not checked, it is a Calendar item and those do not sync to FIMS.

If the Task is related to an Opportunity, Event, or if the Related To field is left blank, it will sync to FIMS, but without an Id Code filled in.

You can locate these Contacts from the All Contacts Data Grid in FIMS and assign them to a Profile if desired.
