The Profile may not be in FIMS CRM even after syncing if there is invalid data that would prevent it from doing so.  Typical situations include any of the following:

  • Email addresses with an invalid format in any email fields including the Profile 1 or 2 tabs, Alternate Address tab, or Grantee Contact record; or more than one email address in one field.  Email fields should only contain one email address.
  • The Profile is coded as an Individual but there is no Last Name.  Individual Profiles have to have data in the Last Name field at a minimum to sync to FIMS CRM.  In this scenario, it’s likely that the Profile should have been coded as an Organization record.
  • The Profile is coded as an Organization but there is no Organization Name.  Organization Profiles have to have data in the Organization Name field at a minimum to sync to FIMS CRM.  In this scenario, it's likely that the Profile should have been coded as an Individual record.
