Cause: The amount of time needed by the IGAM server to process the reports is exceeding the length of the connection timeout setting on your system.

Resolution: Increase the timeout setting in the IGAM external preferences.

To increase the timeout:  
1.       Log in to the IGAM from a GIFTS workstation.  
2.       From the IGAM menu, select Tools > Preferences .  
3.       Under the System Wide category, select External . The External preferences are displayed.  
4.       Increase the Internet timeout setting at the bottom of the External preferences.
