How do I setup a new workstation with IGAM?

New workstation/user needs access to IGAM.
The installation of IGAM onto a workstation is a fairly simple process.  You’re only installing a client piece of the software and it’s very straight forwarded.
  1. Navigate to the NPO network share (usually mapped to the N: drive) – My Computer > N:
  2. Explore into the folder GIFTS > Setup
  3. There will be a setup.exe file in this folder.  Run that and go through the installation wizard.

  2. At this point the install process will begin and when finished give an installation successful window.Click Finish to close it.
  3. You can launch IGAM by going to Start > All Programs > MicroEdge IGAM > Grants Application Manager.  Also I would right click on the above Start menu item and select Send To > Desktop (create Shortcut).  This will create a shortcut on your desktop for IGAM.
  4. At the IGAM login, log into IGAM.  You would use the same credentials as FIMS.
