If you are adding FieldMaker fields in your data grid, it is a good idea to remove the + sign from in front of the Label Name on the Columns tab.  That way, if you decide to export the FieldMaker data from the data grid, Excel will show the Label Name as the column header.  Otherwise, if the + sign is left on the Label Name, Excel tries to interpret it as a formula instead of a label and shows it as #NAME?.

To remove the + in front of the field:
  1. Go into View Setting for the data grid
  2. Select the grid you need to edit
  3. Click on the Columns tab
  4. Find the FieldMaker field
  5. Click on the label field and remove the + sign in front of it
  6. Save and generate your view
