When exporting contacts to Microsoft Outlook, I receive an error similar to the following: Error occurred while attempting to access your Outlook folders. The export cannot continue until this problem is resolved. Technical Support Info: [OutlookFoldersCount(Set Next Folder) Error #348913379 The information store could not be opened.
Users need permission to access the public information store of Microsoft Exchange in order to import data into Outlook. If a user does not have permission to access the public information store, they cannot import data into Outlook. Please contact your organization's IT department to request that they provide GIFTS users with the permissions needed to access the public information store. Once these permissions are properly set up, users will be able to export contact data to Outlook.
