This occurs because your computer is set to Large Fonts in your Windows properties.  To resolve, change the font size back to normal.

In Windows 10
  1. Right click on the desktop and select "Display Settings"
  2. Under "Scale and Layout", select 100% (recommended) from the drop down. 

In Windows 7
  1. Right click the desktop and select "Personalize"
  2. Select "Display" on the bottom left. 
  3. Select "Smaller - 100% (default)"
In Windows XP
  1. Right click the desktop and select "Properties"
  2. Select the "Settings" tab
  3. Select the "Advanced" button
  4. Select the "Normal" font size.
