This error message usually dictates that there is a problem with the Organizer View. In order to resolve this, you can reset the sorts and columns for the Organizer View that you are using when the error occurs.
  1. To reset the sorts, select View > Show Sorts from the GIFTS menu, and click Reset Defaults .
  2. To reset the columns, select View > Show Columns from the GIFTS menu, and click Reset Defaults .
