These errors indicate that the amount of time needed by the IGAM server to process the reports is exceeding the length of the connection timeout setting on your system.

To resolve this issue, increase the timeout setting in the IGAM external preferences.

To increase the timeout:
  1. Log in to the IGAM from a GIFTS workstation
  2. From the IGAM menu, select Tools > Preferences 
  3. Under the System Wide category, select External. The External preferences are displayed
  4. Increase the Internet timeout setting at the bottom of the External preferences
