Only Event Managers, Group Managers and System Managers can upload photos to an Event.  If you are not one of these, but have photos to share, we suggest you email them to an appropriate Event Manager. 

Photos will need to be hosted on a remote server. You will need to have the URL for the photos. Your webmaster may be able to assist you with this.

To upload photos to an Event, do the following:  

1. Click on the Manage tab and find the event you wish to associate your photos to
2. Click on the Pencil to edit the event.
3. Click on the Insert Image button that looks like this:  User-added image

4. Enter the URL of the photo on the hosted site.
