As it is with other programs, there may be a time when a user cannot recall their password or their account may become locked. The directions to follow in order to correct this are below.
If you have forgotten your password and/or locked your account you will need to do the following:
1. Click the "Request Password" link on the log in page, then enter your username and submit the request. 2. You will receive an e-mail usually within 5 minutes that will unlock your account and allow you to set a new password; NOTE: this email typically has a one hour life span. 3. If you click on the link and it takes you back to the regular log in screen then it is expired and you will need to place a second request.
