To resolve, please follow the steps provided below:
1. Have your IT set up a regular user account to have Administrator Access to the Terminal Server.
2. Perform the workstation setup (GIFTS\Setup.exe) via Control Panel using the Install Application on Remote Desktop Server option.
3. Follow the prompts for the installation process.
4. Once installed, the reported error should be resolved.
