I'm Getting a Windowless Error When I Attach a Document in GIFTS

This behavior is reported to only occur in Citrix environments with Windows Server 2008 R2, and is related to the type of profile used when installing GIFTS. The administrator account used to install GIFTS may not have the appropriate profile folder setup as a regular user.

To resolve, please follow the steps provided below:

1. Have your IT set up a regular user account to have Administrator Access to the Terminal Server.
2. Perform the workstation setup (GIFTS\Setup.exe) via Control Panel using the Install Application on Remote Desktop Server option.
3. Follow the prompts for the installation process.
4. Once installed, the reported error should be resolved.
