What is the recommended backup process for FIMS

MicroEdge has noticed recently that some customers who backup their FIMS database by copying the files & folders to an off-site service may experience problems when trying to restore the database files from those backed up files.
To prevent this from occurring in the future, we recommend using the batch script (located X:\NPO\found\FIMS\DBBackup.bat) to backup your current database first and then storing the files and folders (especially the created file) off-site.

Once configured correctly using the instructions also attached to this solution article, the DBBackup.bat script will ensure all your current database data is saved to the file produced.
