When exporting from FIMS in Host*Net, you have the option of changing the location and name of the export file.  You can choose either your local hard drive or the shared drive provided to your organization.

If you save your export to your local hard drive, you will be able to access the export from either your local installation of Microsoft Excel, or the Host*Net installation of Excel (which you can find when you first log into Host*Net before clicking on FIMS.)

If you save your export to the shared drive, you can access your export through the Host*Net installation of Excel only because you are only able to access the shared drive through Host*Net, not Windows Explorer.
