You can get a list of all the saved reports by using a Dynamic Data Grid for the RptSelect table. To do this:
  1. Go to the Inquiries menu 
  2. Choose Dynamic Data Grid
  3. Select 'RptSelect' from the pull down. This will give you the table where the saved report data is stored.
  4. Add a new report and select your columns.
    • Description is the user's description of the report.
    • Report ID gives you an ID code for the report that can be helpful in determining where it lives in FIMS.
    • User ID is the id of the user who created it.
    • Sorting/Selection Criteria fields give information about the criteria for the report.
You can save this report, and it will act just like any other data grid, you will just need to access it from the Dynamic Data Grid tool.
